Precautions for forklift operation
Here, Dilong should also remind the precautions of forklift operation. Due to the characteristics of the drive-in racking, the forklift needs to operate in the roadway of rack,the requirements for forklift operators are relatively high, details as follows:
Ensure that the width of the door frame and body of the forklift can be safely in and out of the roadway;
Before the forklift truck enters the rack roadway, it must be ensured that the forklift truck drives to the front of the rack tunnel, to Avoid bias, and hit the rack;
Lift the fork to the appropriate height above the rail beam, then enter the roadway.
Forklift drives into the roadway and pick up the goods.
Picking up the goods, keep the same height and exit the roadway.
Exit the roadway, low down the goods and then turnover.
