Heavy Duty Beam Racking – Type B (3 Uprights)Application:  The shelf length, width and height of racking are big, and the loading per layer is heavy (≥3T).  It can be equipped with steel laminate/plank/pallet according to needs. In order to prevent the forklift truck from hitting the shelf when loading and unloading goods, need to equipe with foot protector and frame protector.

Heavy Duty Beam Racking – Type C (With Secondary Beam)
The features:  The secondary beam is equiped on top of the beam.
Application: Storage of large box packed goods and large moulds. This kind of goods can be directly placed on the secondary beam, reduce the cost of pallet and the racking cost.
For the shelf is high and the loading per layer is heavy, it can prevent the goods falling off when the forklift truck fails to place the goods accurately on the beam .

Upright Design of Heavy duty beam racking
The uprights of the heavy-duty rakcing bear the full load of the whole racking system. The effective transfer of load from beam to upright is crucial to the strength and safety of the whole rack system. The hexagonal hole in the front of the upright can transfer the load from the beam vertically to the upright, avoiding the lateral pressure of the beam pendant on the upright.  At the same time the beam pendant will not be stuck , deformation; The cross section of the upright is specially designed to ensure that no torsion, deformation, stress concentration and other phenomena occur when the upright is stressed.

1.To bear and transfer the load on the upright and spread the load on the ground.
2.Provide a stable bearing surface for the uprights.
3.The racking is fixed on the ground through the footing.
4. When the ground is uneven, can adjust the flatness by pad.

Hangers and safety pin Design of heavy duty racking
The pendant is designed in the concept of enhancing the resistance to lateral bending moment, improved the capacity to bear vertical pressure and bending moment.
Each pendant is equiped with safety pins to ensure that the beam is fixed in place in installation and to prevent the beam from falling off when the forklift truck hits it abnormally.

Box Beam Design of heavy duty racking:
The box beam is welded by two C style steel buckled. The surface of the beam is reinforced with multiple ribs, which greatly strengthened the loading capacity of the beam.
